As a designer, a lot of my podcast topics are about design. Nandi Manning is currently a UX Researcher at Mailchimp, but she didn't start her career out as a UX Researcher. She was previously a UX Designer! In this episode, she walks us through her process of transitioning from UX Designer to UX Researcher.
