It's time to reflect!
I spent this episode reflecting on my UX career and my journey to become a senior product designer.
I'm grateful I didn't become a senior designer earlier because I wouldn't have been truly ready. There are a lot of situations I needed to experience beforehand, and I'm still learning and growing.
I also go over several tips to become a senior designer or researcher.
